My method of cooking pays particular attention to the quality of raw materials, always favoring seasonal dishes, always searching for the products of the companies in our territory.

​ My menu can satisfy the various needs and satisfy the most demanding palate, from traditional Tuscan dishes to vegetarian dishes entirely up to surprise you with more sophisticated dishes.
